What do I need for summer tennis?

Welcome! We are excited to kick off another summer of tennis! Whether you have been playing on our courts for years or find yourself here for the first time, you are going to love this year's program. We have a lot of fun while learning some valuable life-long skills. Before you lace up your tennis shoes and head to the courts though, remember there are a few things you want to come prepared with to every class.

1. Water: Don't forget a generous amount of water to keep you hydrated during our lessons. It can get very hot on the courts and we want everyone to stay comfortable and well-hydrated.

2. Tennis Racquet: If you already own a tennis racquet bring it to each lesson. If you don't have one yet -- no problem! We will have extras and demos to try out the first class and one of our top-notch coaches can help you get fitted for the racquet that will best meet your needs.

3. Tennis Shoes: For your own safety, please wear athletic shoes that support the feet and ankles. Feel free to consult with tennis coaches for recommendations on purchasing tennis specific shoes.

4. Sunscreen: Please come prepared with sunscreen already applied (kids especially). We will be in direct sunlight for most of the class and you don't want to get burned.

5. Have fun! We have all kinds of fun things planned for the summer. We look forward to having a blast with you on the courts!
